SF Home Management will source potential properties and develop a detailed cost/benefit analysis to ensure the best price. We will create customized leasing proposals, negotiate terms of lease, review and approve paperwork, and coordinate the closing process.
Property Maintenance & Repairs:
Our team will provide proactive maintenance support to keep properties in optimal condition. We will monitor the work of contractors and vendors, manage emergency repairs, implement health and safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all local regulations.
